Campaigns from your own inbox
Send from your own inbox, with the guardrails built in.
Your outreach goes out from your own Gmail or Google Workspace address, so replies land where you already work. Lead Flow Max handles the pacing, warmup and safety checks that keep that address healthy.
One month free. No card. Every email approved by you before it sends.
Why sending is where outreach goes wrong
A good email from a damaged inbox goes to spam. Most tools leave protecting that inbox to you.
Shared sending servers
Tools that send from their own servers put your reputation in the same pool as everyone else's.
Too much, too fast
A quiet inbox that suddenly sends a hundred emails a day looks exactly like spam.
Chasing people who answered
Sequences that keep following up after a reply, or ignore an unsubscribe, damage both the relationship and the domain.
How sending works in Lead Flow Max
- Connect in one clickSign in with Google to connect your Gmail or Google Workspace inbox. No passwords to copy.
- Warm up graduallyEach inbox starts on a small daily limit that rises over time.
- Pace through the dayApproved emails are spread out instead of sent in one burst.
- Watch the repliesReplies cancel that person's remaining follow-ups. Unsubscribe requests add them to your do-not-contact list.
- Pause on troubleIf a campaign's bounce rate gets too high, it pauses itself and tells you why.
The guardrails, in plain terms
- Your inbox, your replies: no forwarding rules, no shared sending domain.
- Sign in with Google, with permission only to send and to read new mail. It can't delete anything.
- Warmup and daily caps handled for you.
- Automatic bounce pause before your domain's reputation takes the hit.
- Unsubscribes honoured across every future campaign.
- Compliance footer with your business name and postal address on every email.
Questions people ask
Can I send cold email from my own Gmail?
Yes. Connect a Gmail or Google Workspace inbox with Sign in with Google and approved emails send from it directly, so they look and reply exactly like your normal mail.
Why does Lead Flow Max need to read my inbox?
Only to spot bounces, unsubscribe requests and replies to your campaigns, so it can stop emailing those people. It reads new mail only, can't delete or change anything, and keeps no copy of your other mail.
What is email warmup, and do I need it?
Warmup means raising sending volume gradually so email providers learn your new pattern is legitimate. Lead Flow Max does it automatically by starting each inbox on a small daily limit.
What happens if someone replies or unsubscribes?
A reply cancels the rest of that person's sequence. An unsubscribe request adds them to your suppression list so no campaign emails them again.
