Human approval for outreach
Nothing sends until you've read it.
Most outreach tools send whatever is in the sequence. Lead Flow Max won't start a campaign until a person has approved every email in it, and if anyone changes the wording later, it stops and waits for approval again.
One month free. No card. Every email approved by you before it sends.
Why fully automatic outreach backfires
Automation made sending free. It didn't make being wrong free.
Mistakes ship at scale
A wrong fact or an odd tone goes to everyone on the list before anyone reads the outbox.
Edits slip through
Someone tweaks a live sequence and the new version goes out without anyone else seeing it.
No record of what went out
When a prospect complains, most tools can't show who approved that message, or what it said.
How the approval gate works
- Write the sequenceEach campaign has its emails in order: the opener and its follow-ups.
- Submit for reviewEach email goes into the review queue with its status visible.
- Approve, edit or request changesA person reads every email. Only approved emails count.
- The campaign stays lockedA campaign can't send until every email in it is approved. That's enforced in the database, not just on the screen.
- Edits withdraw approvalChange approved wording and its approval is removed automatically, so nothing goes out unread.
Built so a person stays in charge
- One review queue for every email waiting on a decision.
- Personal details filled in at send time: the wording you approved is exactly what goes out, with each person's name and company in place.
- A full record: every approval keeps a copy of the exact email and when it was approved.
- Sends from your own inbox, so replies come straight back to you.
- Replies stop follow-ups automatically, so nobody gets chased after answering.
- Unsubscribes honoured in every future campaign.
Questions people ask
Can I stop outreach from sending without my approval?
Yes. In Lead Flow Max a campaign can't send while any of its emails is unapproved. The rule is enforced in the database itself, so no screen or shortcut can skip it.
What happens if I edit an email after approving it?
Its approval is withdrawn automatically, and the campaign stops sending it until someone approves the new version.
Is there a record of what was approved?
Yes. Every approval and request for changes is stored with a full copy of the email at that moment and the time it happened.
Doesn't approving everything slow things down?
You approve each email in a sequence once, not once per person, so a three-email campaign is three approvals however many people it reaches.
