Nothing sends until you have read it.
Lead Flow Max watches your target accounts for the moments that make a company worth contacting, writes the outreach from what it actually finds, and holds every message for your approval. One tool instead of a stack, and a person in the loop by design rather than by accident.
No card. Cancel any time in the first thirty days. One hundred places, opened in waves of twenty-five.
Every message arrives like this. You decide.
Outbound broke because it got easy
Sending a thousand emails costs nothing now, so everybody does, and nobody reads them. The tools that made volume cheap did not make relevance cheap. Three things go wrong.
No reason to write
Sequences fire on a schedule, not on anything the recipient did. The message arrives on a Tuesday because it is Tuesday.
Personalisation that is not
A merge field with a first name and a company. Everyone recognises it, including the person you wanted to impress.
Nobody reads the outbox
By the time anyone notices the message was wrong, four hundred people have already received it.
How it works
Four steps, in order. The fourth is the one the other tools skip.
Watch
Your target accounts are monitored for funding rounds, hiring surges, stack changes, leadership moves and activity on your own site.
Find
When something happens, the right person at that company is identified and the signal is scored for how strongly it predicts a conversation.
Write
A message is drafted from the specific thing that happened — not from a template with the company name dropped into it.
Approve
It waits for you. Read it, change it, or throw it away. Nothing reaches an inbox that a person has not read first.
The approval gate
Every other tool in this category optimises for sending more. This one puts a person between the draft and the send, and treats that as the feature rather than the bottleneck.
- You see the reason, not just the draftThe signal that triggered the message sits above it, so you can judge whether the premise is sound before you judge the wording.
- Personalisation is highlightedThe phrases drawn from the account are marked, so you can tell real specificity from a merge field at a glance.
- Editing teaches it your voiceRewrite a draft and the next batch moves toward how you actually write.
- Bulk approve when you trust itClear the high-confidence drafts in one action and spend your attention on the ones that need it.
Signal to reply
Where drafts actually goSample figures. Notice the step between drafted and approved — that gap is the point.
Pricing
One tool instead of a stack. Start with a free month — no card, cancel or walk away any time before it ends.
Start your free month
A small first cohort, onboarded one at a time, so problems get found before they scale.
What you are agreeing to
- One month free. Thirty days at the Studio feature level, from the day your account opens.
- No card, no charge. We take no payment details, so nothing can be billed by accident and there is no auto-renewal to escape.
- Leave whenever. Reply to any email from us. No notice period, no exit call, no reason needed.
- Nothing sends without you. Every draft waits for your approval — during the beta and after.
- You stay the controller. If you connect a mailbox or prospects, you decide who is contacted. We process on your instruction and nothing else.
- Deletion means deletion. Ask and we remove your data within 30 days, backups included on their next cycle.
In place today
True of the beta as it stands right now.
- Only your signup details exist — name, work email, company, what you sell. No prospect data is held at all yet.
- Encrypted in transit and at rest, in a single store, reachable only from named accounts with two-factor authentication.
- Never sold, never shared with advertisers or data brokers, never used to train a model.
- Deleted within thirty days of your asking, backups included on their next rotation.
- No real data anywhere in our demo or test environments — every person and address in the product tour is invented.
Committed before prospect data flows
Built and verified before any real recipient is contacted, not afterwards.
- Prospect records fetched when a draft is written and purged fourteen days after send. Never warehoused, never pooled between customers.
- Your data separated from every other customer's and held under its own encryption key.
- Recipient email addresses redacted before any model call, with our provider contracted on zero-retention, no-training terms.
- Any breach affecting you notified within seventy-two hours of our becoming aware of it.
- A published list of every third party that touches your data, with notice before it changes.
We separate these two lists deliberately. Our position on third-party security certification is stated in full at clause 9 of the terms below — we would rather you read it there than infer it from silence.
Read the full beta terms and privacy notice
1. What this is
Lead Flow Max is pre-release software. Joining the beta is voluntary and free of charge. You may leave at any time and we will not ask you for a reason.
2. Who we are
These terms are offered by [legal entity name, registered address and state of incorporation]. For anything concerning your data, write to info@ppitagency.org.
3. What we collect when you sign up, and why
Your name, work email, company, what you sell, and the size of your outbound team. Nothing else. We use it to send your invite, onboard you, and ask what you think of the product. Our lawful basis is your consent, given by ticking the box on the form.
4. What we will not do with it
We do not sell it. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. We do not add you to any list you did not ask to join. We do not use your data or your content to train models.
5. The free month
Thirty days, no card, no charge, no automatic renewal. At day thirty the account pauses unless you tell us to continue. There is nothing to cancel because there is nothing to bill.
6. Leaving, and what happens to your data
Reply to any email from us or write to our privacy address. We close the account and delete your data within thirty days, including from backups on their next rotation. If you sign up and never respond to onboarding, we delete your signup details after twelve months.
7. If you connect real data, you are the controller
The moment you connect a mailbox or bring in prospects, you are the data controller and we act as your processor. You decide who is contacted and what is said to them. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to contact those people, for honouring unsubscribe requests, and for the marketing rules that apply where your recipients are, not where either of us is registered. For recipients in the United States that means CAN-SPAM: accurate sender and subject lines, a valid physical postal address in every message, and opt-out requests honoured within ten business days. For recipients in the EU or UK, GDPR and PECR. For Canada, CASL, which requires consent rather than opt-out. We provide the tools — an unsubscribe link on every message, your postal address inserted automatically, and a suppression list honoured across all your campaigns. The decisions remain yours.
8. What we do to protect it
- Encrypted in transit over TLS, and encrypted at rest
- Access restricted to the people who need it, on named accounts with two-factor authentication
- No production data copied onto laptops or into test environments
- A current list of the third-party services that touch your data, with notice before it changes
- If a breach affects you, we tell you within 72 hours of becoming aware of it
9. Security certification — our current position
We hold no third-party security certification. Lead Flow Max is not SOC 2 certified, holds no ISO 27001 certification, and has not completed a third-party penetration test. Several established tools in this category hold one or more of these. We state this plainly rather than leave it to be inferred, and we will update this clause here first if it changes. The measures described above are implemented and contractually committed; they are not independently audited.
10. Beta reality
This is pre-release software. It may break, behave unexpectedly, lose data, or change without notice. Please do not make it the only place anything important lives. During the beta there is no uptime guarantee and no support response commitment.
11. Your feedback
Anything you tell us about the product we may use to improve it, without obligation or payment. If you share something confidential about your own business, tell us and we will treat it as confidential.
12. Liability
The beta is provided free and as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising from your use of it is limited to [cap — commonly nil for a free beta, or a nominal sum]. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
13. Your rights over your data
You may ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, export it, restrict what we do with it, or object to our processing entirely. Write to info@ppitagency.org and we will respond within thirty days. If you are in California these rights arise under the CCPA as amended, and you may complain to the California Privacy Protection Agency or the State Attorney General. Residents of other US states with comprehensive privacy statutes have equivalent rights. If you are in the EU or UK you may complain to your own supervisory authority.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Choosing this law governs the interpretation of this agreement; it does not displace the data protection and marketing statutes that apply by reference to where a recipient or data subject is located.
15. Changes
If we change these terms we will email you before the change takes effect, not after.
